"The television was out due to the rains. They did comp the two movies we rented. The staff were all polite and nice enough. The issue was more about how under staffed they seemed. Little things like not being able to reach the front desk, coffee maker not changed etc etc All thing that probably would not have been an issue if there were a few extra staff . Can't really complain about the television although that is a nightmare for those of us who can't fall asleep without one--but that was not...

"The manager was awesome, our room was newly renovated and the new TV and remote didn't work. He came righ then and programmed it. Wow. We loved the room keycard with tap, until it didn't work. But fixed immediately. We will definitely stay there again. "
