Front desk and concierge staff were great. So we’re good staff. Hotel just wasn’t clean and slow at everything. Hallways smelled. Little things not done like trash picked up by tables at the pool or service lingered for 40 minutes for a drink. It’s nice but not a 5 star hotel.

We had dinner at Al Muntaha at the top of the Burj. For a special meal, this is the place. Food and servive 5 star plus.
