The tour begins in the reception area, where a moving walkway brings you to the base of the tower. Another engineering marvel awaits as a high-speed elevator whips you up to the observation deck on the 124th floor in less than 60 seconds, travelling at an astonishing 10 metres per second. The elevator doors open to reveal floor-to-ceiling windows providing a magnificent unobstructed view of the city, the desert and the Persian Gulf. The Burj Khalifa skyscraper is located in the downtown Burj area of Dubai. It is situated adjacent to Dubai Mall, which has more than 14,000 available parking spaces, however it is also accessible by metro and bus.

The At the Top Experience is open every day and tickets can be purchased at the office, accessible via the Lower Ground level of Dubai Mall. If you'd like to skip the queues, book your ticket in advance or pay extra for an Immediate Entry Admission. The observation deck is also wheelchair accessible.
