"For the price I paid compared to other hotels, I was surprised to see how clean, convenient and nice the hotel was. Room size is not so big but everything is placed so thoughtfully that it doesn’t feel small and bed is king size and comfortable. Also they have the coziest and artsy environment at lobby and lounges where you can hang out with books and computers. Colors and arts are done tastefully and ℹ definitely loved the ambience and staffs . Tony who I assume to be head of regional managers or is one was there. He was super hospitable, friendly and helpful. We will come back there again. "

"Staff was very welcoming. We were celebrating our anniversary and really appreciated the nice touch with the balloons and towel decorations in the room, as well as the cake and card. Park Royal Collections is conveniently located in the bustling bukit bintang and close to the shops and food stores. Overall, would recommend this place."

Despite facing an incredibly rude and arrogant lady, presumably a hotel guest who was throwing a tantrum at him, he remained calm and courteous throughout. If that lady happens to be reading this, you should be ashamed of yourself! The only issue I encountered was that a pair of shorts went missing from my room. I called the service line to enquire but unfortunately, no one got back to me. "
