"Our stay at The Journal Kuala Lumpur was a truly pleasant experience. The staff were incredibly courteous and always eager to assist, making us feel welcomed from the moment we arrived. The room was clean, functional, and equipped with all the necessary amenities expected from a hotel of this standard. The hotel’s location is another standout feature—it’s centrally located and just a short walk from a fantastic shopping mall, making it perfect for both leisure and convenience. The neighborhood also offers plenty of dining options, giving guests the chance to explore local and international cuisine with ease. Breakfast at the hotel was varied and satisfying, offering a decent range of options to start the day right. Considering the excellent location, the quality of service, and the amenities provided, we found it to be fantastic value for money. We wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Kuala Lumpur!"

"Fabulous hotel in a great area. shopping and restaurants in the area all walking distance. Hop on hop off bus stop for a great cheap tour and transport around the city area. The room was very comfortable, large room, large bed, large bathroom. Modern and clean. We had access to executive lounge with our booking and found the ‘happy hour’ drinks and snacks amazing. The staff were professional and friendly and very helpful. Our 2nd stay here , this stay was even better than the first. We will come back and have recommended to friends and family. Thank you"

"When we arrived the front desk informed us that we have a free upgrade to a bigger room which was delightful. But the room is too cold even we have off to fan mode and set to higher temperature it doesn't seem to work (if the aircon is central control..hmmm) We do have a pleasant stayed at this hotel."
