"My stay has been great. I was intending to stay only for one night. I don’t live in kelowna so i only came to town for my work. I work 7pm-7am and inquired about doing an early check in and the front desk made it possible. She was extremely nice and helpful. I did extend another might. So far i met 2 front desk ladies that have presented me with a very well costumer service skills. I did stumble upon one front desk lady that was quite passive aggressive or not so nice when i asked a question....

"The hotel is a little dated. The room was clean. There's no Smitty's restaurant, so breakfast. You will have to go out across the road to denny's or another breakfast place in town"
