Great hotel! Clean, spacious, easy parking, and walking distance to town.

Namu Garden Hotel & Spa is a beautiful hotel, the grounds are really nice. Its more like bohemian style. Our room, bungalow 5 was really nice especially if you like living out in nature with geicos. Not me. It's just not my thing!! I don't do any bugs in my living space!!! They (not one) made plenty of noises at night. The AC worked well at night but still wasn't cool during the day as i would have liked. No toiletries in the room, no pen or paper, no phone, or kleenex. Ladies! The lighting is poor so applying any makeup (if you wear it) would be like guessing what you look like. But to top it off!! If they feel they are unable to clean your linens, you will be charged. They charged me $16 US dollars for 1 pillow case because there was makeup on it from sweating in a 85 degree room after trying to nap before I wash my face. I'm sure they make alot of money from that. I was told if there are red stains, you can forget it. Those days are over for me, lol. Food was ok. Breakfast is free. Location was great. Overall not bad, just not my cup of tea.

The property is very unique in that you will see wildlife everywhere. People who have issues walking should avoid the villas . There are just too many steep steps leading to the main lodge. The roads are not paved so be prepared for bumpy rides.

We stayed here 15 years ago and loved it so much that we decided to try it once more. Such friendly, thoughtful staff. So many sloths as well! We loved it all over again.

This property is stunning and worth every visit! We can’t wait to return. The staff are all amazing and truly go above and beyond for the guests. Shout out to Jimmy and Jose!
