"Love! The staff was the best! We were celebrating my daughter's 17th b'day / Christmas with first trip to NYC. The experience from the moment we walked in the door was awesome with personal touches. Also enjoyed the credits that could be used for food, tours, use of instant camera with film, etc. Great location to get around and see the sites. We'll be back!"

"The hotel was clean and comfortable. There was no coffee in the lobby or room. There was a $50/night resort fee which could be applied towards breakfast, which wasn't particularly good and service was slow and terrible. Even getting a coffee was difficult!"

"The hotel is really good. We stayed over New Year and it’s far enough out to be good value for money but close enough via the subway to be well connected to the key parts of Manhattan. Room cleaning was missed one day during our stay but that’s the only negative I can record. Staff were very helpful. Drinks and food we had were good. 3 minute walk to Grand St station. Caution around the area at night as there are some pockets of homeless people that can be intimidating to walk through but we...
