The swimming pool was closed but fortunately we were able to walk to the hotel next-door and use their swimming pools. The Sauna and Jacuzzi facilities would have been very welcome, if only they were working! The room that we had on the same level as the reception wasn't great, as we didn't have any kind of view from the window. "The hotel was ok but not particularly clean or hospitable- no staff on duty except one man on check in. The bedvwas the most uncomfortable ive ever slept in. The worst thing is they have stolen my property- i left an item of clothing in the room and despite many calls and messages left , as they never answer personally, i have had no contact. I have also tried Hotels.com to discuss this issue and theur live chat line is useless. No response despite waiting for contact as instructed. The item was...
