"Hotel is fine but 3* at best. Rooms are spacious but quite dated. Was no breakfast available on one of the days I stayed and no alternatives given…Front reception is hit and miss. "

"Liked that was within easy walking distance of MIT, which a family member was attending. Quiet, great view. Breakfast service was below par, especially for this class of hotel. First day the oatmeal was almost cold; second day it was marginally better, but waiter failed to bring the tea I requested."

"Harborside was clean and perfect for my purposes. Comfortable and accommodating, the room served its function. Staff was friendly, knowledgeable, and personable. If you don't care about a view or vast amount of space, this hotel is perfect."
