"Great hotel and location."

"I did not like the very low toilets. We had to plop down and struggle getting up! Installing a rail for safety support would be helpful. The guests are all In their 70’s."

"Loved my stay at this hotel. The staff was polite, friendly and helpful. Wonderful setting, was able to walk everywhere I wanted to and catch public transit easily. Joia restaurant had amazing food and wonderful morning cappuccino. Looking forward to coming back in the future."

"It was our first time and we loved it. Room was clean, staff very helpful and kind. Convenient distance to all we had to do. The only downside is that we had a room facing the exterior and my son and I had a hard time sleeping at night when the bar scene came to life. We felt the music in our room, people shouting, police, ambulance, we heard it all from the fifth floor. The hotel did offer to swap our room but at that point we had a night to stay and we decided to keep our room instead of moving. Being located near all these bars is clearly out of the hotel’s staff’s hands and therefore we are giving it a 5 on 5 for everything else. Thank you for your hospitality, we will be back. "
