"Very polite stuff, nice breakfast room. The room was clean, and spacious enough, good mattress on the bed. You have everything you want in the room except, but there was not a freege in the room. The location is the best. Near the central station, the city center-shopping area, restaurants area etc. Everything was great, thank you very much. "

"We enjoyed being just across from the train station since we were lugging several bags. It is a close walkable distance to the city center with great options for restaurants. The Mercure is nice and we had a renovated room and loved it. It was spacious enough for us. Loved our hotel host as well - so kind. She is English but can’t remember her name - maybe Sarah. "

"Staff were great. Location is good if you are catching the train to other places (Modena or Parma) but 15 mins walk into city centre. Hotel is nice but rooms are a bit dated and in need of some refurbishment but perfectly adequate for a short stay."
