"We loved Bologna, and apartment made it so nice to be there. Kids loved it too. Communication was excellent and lots of information to help with our visit. Location was central so easy to walk around. Huge apartment with kitchen and washing machine. As we were travelling around Italy this helped so much. We would definitely stay there again."

"We thought we were staying in the b& b chain hotel but this is a private bed and breakfast. It was on a busy road which meant public transport into bologna was convenient and frequent. The room was on 3rd floor and there is no lift but for an overnight stay its acceptable. There are 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms to which you get the keys for your own. The lounge is shared. The owner comes in to make the guests breakfast. We had a Very nice room and bathroom."

"This Hotel is perfect for early airport departures due to its closeness to the airport. I have stayed here several times and would continue to use this hotel for this purpose only. The Hotel itself is quite outdated and would benefit in a refurbishment. The rooms are quite drab and the fitments (bathroom) are past their best.
