Indoor/outdoor heated pool made the experience more pleasant. Very nice and clean rooms with coffee makers and large fridge. Has Netflix available to log into on the tv. Room service available. "We had a great stay at Embassy Suites Albuquerque! The staff went above and beyond to make our experience comfortable—after mentioning that the pull-out couch in our original room wasn’t ideal, they kindly upgraded us to a top-floor suite with two queen beds and a private patio. It was such a thoughtful gesture and made a big difference in our stay. We loved having two separate rooms and a balcony overlooking downtown. Watching the sunrise and sunset from our beds was a real highlight! The included breakfast was amazing—fresh, filling, and a great way to start the day. Room service was surprisingly excellent, don’t listen to the restaurant reviews, that’s just tourists being tourists. The location is super central and made it easy to get around ABQ. Overall, a fantastic experience with great service. We’d definitely stay here again!"
