"Enjoyed stay, the last night of my stay TV did not work, front desk host came up to fix issue, after awhile again tv did not work, I didn't want to bother him to come back up. I was fine with it not working there was just I think technical issues and since it was my last night, I really didn't have a problem with it. They are courteous and they are a great staff."

"Check in was great, breakfast was great. I went out to my car and returned with my room key in my hand to some front desk lady on an extremely rude and condescending way if she could help me- I had literally walked out for 2 minutes to pack my car and walked back in. Then she asks what room I’m in, again, super rude and condescending and accusatory, and even when I told she she pretending like she was looking me up. I’m not sure why she had to act that way Monday 2/17 at around 8am- black hair, black shirt, shirt and a bad attitude- the only staff you have with a bad attitude "
