Upon check-in, t ey reported they had no room keys available and forced me to download an app to open the lock wirelessly, which never actually worked. They eventually found extra keys and got us in. "We stayed in two different room because I added an extra night onto the front of my original reservation. Both rooms were clean and beds were very comfortable. I appreciated how easy the lady who helped me made it for checking into the new room.
