"Great location, the hot tub and sauna were great for us and the family! The staff was friendly and they were able to help when we needed things for the fireplace, bbqs, etc… really enjoyed our time and would consider staying their again."

"Hôtel très bien situé, à 10 minutes de marche du centre. Chambre munie d’un micro-onde et d’un grand frigo qui fut apprécié. Nous avions une chambre en arrière de l’édifice munie d’un balcon. Donc, très tranquille. Lit, literie et salle de bain bien convenable. Garage intérieur très apprécié car nous y étions en hiver. Ne possède pas de place commune comme place de repos ou de jasette. La piscine intérieure est très petite et l’eau était embrouillée. La nourriture pour le déjeuner est variée. Cependant la salle à déjeuner est très petite, poubelles près du déjeuner en générale pleine, donc, pas possible de bien récupérer. Le staff, de la salle du petit-déjeuner, travaille fort pour offrir un bon service. Nous avons observer une terrasse disponible en été. Clientèle très familiale. "

"Hotel facility itself was a bit outdated but the classic atmosphere was great during holiday season. Pretty close walking distance to the public hotspring and close to Gondola. A bit far away from downtown area was a downside but worth to stay to enjoy the mountain view"
