"The property was very clean, they came to the rooms each day we were there. The room service was amazing. The check in/out process was smooth. The spa facility was a fave! I recommend trying the Therapeutic massage, ask for Elizabeth or Rubi. The area around the property was nice as well. Everything off the resort is just 10 min walk away. Everything stays open late (4am) for those who are having a blast. "

"The resort was amazing! It was beautiful and the staff were very attentive. I got the elite club and the restaurant alone was enough to make me want to come back. I will say the only thing that threw me off was the resort credits. They were used more so as a discount which was strange to me. You couldn’t actually buy anything with just the credits but other than that the room, pool, dining options, and activities were a plus! I would recommend and actually stay here again."

"Loved my stay there. The resort was quiet and the staff is sooo attentive to you. The beach is beautiful and clean and the pool is nice too. I did have a suite with noisy neighbors at certain hrs so just an fyi that unfortunately you can hear your neighbor if they're loud. Food was really good. If you visit the buffet make sure you ask the chefs there to make you the stuff they're offering. Most of them spoke english. For example, they make your omelet/eggs how you want it in the morning or they did a beef stir fry on the spot for dinner, depending on the menu night. I would have to say their desserts weren't the best. 2/5. But all the other spots, the actual food was good!! I did inclusive so drinks were unlimited and you could ask them to make drinks without the liquor. There's a 24/7 coffee/cafe which was so convenient and delicious. Bottled water was unlimited. If you want to relax. This is the spot. It's family oriented and overall I felt safe and relaxed. My stress definitely melted away."

"I stayed at this hotel with my husband for his birthday weekend. We had such a lovely experience and have decided we will be back! There are many dining options, and the entertainment was amazing! Joshua, Celeste and Miguel were so cordial and attentive at the buffett. I really dont have anything negative to say. The seafood at the "cevicheria" was incredible too. My husband and I felt so welcomed and every interaction with the staff was incredebly pleasent! On our last day we tried the spa, where our Massage therapist, Minerva and Luis ensured we went back home fully relaxed. So far, this hotel has the best resort food Ive had thus far. During the few times we left the hotel, taking the bus right outside was convenient and reliable. We felt extremely safe at all times, and enjoyed exploring the area. I cannot wait to be back here soon!"
