"The hotel is located on Gran vía, close to the España plaza. The room is very spacious with a lot of chairs and king size bed. It even have a nice balcony where we relaxed everyday after the various activities. The hotel stuffs were nice and efficient, the breakfast offerings were plenty. Price is very reasonable. We highly recommend this hotel."

There are not staff at this location. It’s all electronic. We would stay again now that we understand the process but a definite learning curve. "
