The staff is iinvariably helpful and responsive - with both internal hotel matters and outside bookings and recommendations. Not in the very center of the city. Yet, the hotel is just a 15 mins trip from the airport and it has a short and easy public transport, walking and taxi connection to the central parts of Madrid, as well as to various parks and attractions around town. "This property is very well located. There’s a Metro entrance just at the corner of the street (1 minute apart) from which you can go to almost anywhere. You can buy a 10-rides Metro card for around $7. Finally, the continental breakfast is amazing, a lot of variety, and the food is delicious and fresh. Unforgettable experience."

"We come to Madrid quite a lot and always book this hotel. We truly feel like we’re home, it is right in plaza España and a walk away from gran via. If you’d like it is also walkable to other parts of town like Salamanca and el Prado (if you don’t mind walking long distances). The staff is quite lovely, we couldn’t love this place more! "
