"The hotel is really good and food is excellent. The staff is cooperative . One note be very specific regarding room cleaning , you want or not. As I informed the team at reception no room cleaning required but still when we came back from imagica , room was cleaned. Imagicaa is walking distance and hotel is amazing. Fun part cartoon imagicaa performances at the restaurant keep up the feel of the place. "

They have all aspects covered from valley to check in, many food cuisine options, fun activities for children and adults and a seamless check out process with more than 1 persons helping you. We never waited in lines, staff were available and prompt at taking care of your needs. The property itself is stunning with many varieties of trees and lush green grass lawns for you to enjoy, they are meticulous about keeping the property aesthetically pleasing and people friendly. "We had booked a room with an extra person and therefore an extra bed. They never gave the extra bed. The room was also not clean. The bathroom door did not close all the way. Overall absolutely not the 4-star hotel that it claims to be. I'd give it a level of 2 star."

"Renovations are going on , they should shut the property till it is done, all outer area are closed and lot of dirt noise in property of construction "

"The rooms are highly over priced compared to the service then provide. The property and the rooms are just basic. The bathtub seemed like an old broken tub, the jacuzzi switch didn't work. The shower knob turns off on its own, need to keep the knob lifted for continuous flow of water. A 2 star service with a 5 star pricing, that's all I can say."
