"Location was good. The rooms were reasonably good in terms of cleanliness, but in terms of ventilation it fared poorly as the windows could not be opened. The food was decent. The staff was very good,polite,prompt and helpful. "

"Not worth of cost considering facility. Room service are not providing service after 10.30pm so you need finish meals before time else sleep hungry."

"This lush, green and serene property tucked away from the hustle-bustle of Mumbai is well designed & properly maintained. The pool view rooms are spacious with ample terrace space, which is very nice. The pool is large, though on the shallow side. The River Pej flows gently by, creating a serene ambience. As far as the human aspect is concerned, Mr. Ganesh, Mr. Vaibhav and Mr. Mangal are extremely helpful, knowledgeable, warm and welcoming. The restaurant staff are also efficient and helpful. There is ample scope for activities, from cycling and horse riding to zip lining and kayaking. The owner has a wonderful green thumb and creates awesome bonsai. The only, and minor, downside is that the food is average. Overall, it's a wonderful place for a short, enjoyable holiday. P. S. While you're there don't forget to drive over to Matheran and tour the place on horseback for some lovely scenery. P. S.2 There are other places for hikes, such as Kondhane Caves as well as hilltop forts within easy access. Enjoy!"

"The rooms are highly over priced compared to the service then provide. The property and the rooms are just basic. The bathtub seemed like an old broken tub, the jacuzzi switch didn't work. The shower knob turns off on its own, need to keep the knob lifted for continuous flow of water. A 2 star service with a 5 star pricing, that's all I can say."
