"Supposed to have 24 hr front desk, it DID NOT it was closed when I got there late at night. So I did not stay there."

The ambience. The staffs carry the same attitude. In the Room, there is No basic toiletries like dental kit and room slippers and even tissue box provided. When called housekeeping they said rudely its only provided upon request. In the bathroom, the tap is 30cm above the sink which is plate shaped...
