"Hotel lobby is non a/c and full of mosquitoes. The front desk is quite unhelpful. Not willing to change or help changing money from large notes to smaller denominations. Room service is terrible"

"Overall, hotel amenities, service and location was good. Only one downfall, restaurant manager/supervisor who was in charge on 9Sep night (cant recall his name) passed an offensive and unacceptable remark on my way of eating thosai without realising that i’m a tamilian. I think he should just mind his own business and refrain from passing remark while customer having their meals. "

"I expect some extended hours of free stay and change the time at least upto 2 pm since the job I have come may go few hours extra and then to return to Airport. So many hotels nearby are offering this and to prefer this Hotel for my future stay."

"Delightful stay. Staff very friendly. Lobby was great and rooms clean and comfortable. The breakfast buffet featured Indian dishes but there were omlettes cooked to order too."
