"Stayed for three weeks. Got lucky with the only room where the balcony had the sun all day as no pool here. Peaceful and quiet. Corner shop for necessities and currency exchange just down the road. Would stay again happily. Plenty of places to eat in the area."

"Good location and friendly staff. The rooms are very spacious but could use some maintenence. There was a working fridge and the shower had nice hot water, the ac worled good as well. The room was cleaned daily. There was no wifi in the rooms, just in the common areas. The pool was gross. Lots of algae, I did not swim there. The grounds of the property could use a little work to. "Better than expected. Clean. Roomie. Lovely staff. Except for the too hard pillows, very comfortable. I liked the small balcony. The A/C worked very well. A few improvements would be nice. Like sugar with the complimentary coffee.. a spoon too.. a glass for the free water.. and conditioner for hair. I'd stay again "

"Perhaps by Goan standards this place is good, but despite its picture-postcard setting, I think it’s over-priced and lacking basic facilities. My room was lacking some obvious amenities including a fridge, bath mat, hair dryer, tissues, phone. All pretty standard for a “3+ star” hotel, even in India, no? Towels supplied aren’t of good quality and have ‘marks’ meaning they don’t look clean even if they have been washed. Bed linen and table cloths had holes and dirty marks too. Poor tea and...

"Great accommodation for the price. Breakfast was very good value and the owners are clearly passionate about hospitality. If you want to travel between Anjuna, Vagator and Assagao, then this is in a perfect location. Standout is the pool, which is a good size and usually pretty quiet."
