"Very tired hotel, staff were delightful. No spa, certainly not as seen in the photos. Had to listen to two football screens with two different matches going on whilst having supper! Felt more like a truckers stop rather than a luxury spa hotel. Room very fired, in desperate need of renovation and the curtains could do with a wash! Looked like smoking had been permitted for years. "

"Great choice for Bitola. Central location, right on the main pedestrian street. Large room with classic furnishings and decor. Exit the front door, and you're immediately surrounded by good restaurants and coffee places. Hotel is an easy 20 minute walk from the bus and train stations. Literally a 5 minute walk to the bazaar and other sights."

"Costas and family have built a beautiful hotel. The staff - especially Costas daughter - is extremely friendly and welcoming. They will offer you everything to make you stay pleasant.
