"Very friendly and helpful staff, they gave us information to find our way into Strasbourg by tram, which was about a 10 minute walk from hotel. It’s a little remote so walking back late at night made my partner feel a little uncomfortable, but having said that we didn’t encounter any problems. We found the hotel room a little chilly in the evening, and TV channels in English were very limited. We watched Netflix from our phone instead with free Wi-Fi. "Always a welcome break on our journey from Calais to Italy. Very big garden area for our dog and in warmer weather there is a swimming pool, Spa cabin and boule pitch. Joèlle on reception and Jocylene who was responsible for the rooms helpful. Although the hotel is next to the main road it was not noisy and had plenty of parking spaces, plus this area was secured at night."
