"I was not aware that there was a $13 per night parking fee. That was not listed as a charge and one of my filters was for free parking. The service in the Bistro was bad. There was one very nice and hospitable gentleman taking orders serving the food, . and cleaning up the tables on a very busy Sat morning. The cook finally noticed the back up and came out to serve food. Mine was cold but it was no one’s fault other than management."

"We were in town for a concert at Ameris Bank Amphitheatre and had a great one night stay at TownePlace. Chose the property for it’s location and the just under 30 minute walk from the venue to the hotel was relaxing following a great show. Room was very clean and well-laid out, kitchen was small but very functional, best use of a small space I have ever seen in a hotel room.
