"This was my first time staying at Embassy Suites and I was not disappointed. The evening reception with the 2 free cocktails and the breakfast with the made to order omelettes sealed the deal for me. I will definitely be a repeat customer. My only complaints were the pillows were terrible. I suggest you bring your own pillows. They have no structure whatsoever. 3 pillows put together and they were still flat. Also, the elevators rumble, shake, and are extremely loud. They seriously need to fix...

"Every staff member I encountered was very customer focused. Professional. Friendly. The hotel is older and is wood framed construction..If you're not on the top floor you'll hear every footstep. The hotel allows dogs which is great, but with carpeting... theres a perpetual dog smell. "

"It is not the forst time staying at this location. The ibky thing that was not 5 stars was the breakfast and the mattress. Did not sleep well and the the eggs were donde the same thing everyday. After the third day i stop waking up early because of the breakfast."
