"Facilities have been updated and cannot beat location. Restaurant on site is very good. Staff friendly and helpful. Time to update TV’s which are about the size of a large computer monitor. "

"We felt as if we were in Downton Abby. The guest rooms were ALL beautiful. The sitting room and library had nice cosy fire places with soft relaxing music in the background. "The weather in January in Springville can be pretty nasty, and true to form a snowstorm came through the day we arrived. The hotel was perfectly located for me to stay the night while my husband was having surgery. My king suite was excellent and the bed was extremely comfy. The complimentary breakfast offered plenty of choices. My only minor issue was they should have plowed around the hotel more often than they did, especially during a snowstorm, so customers didn't have to walk through deep snow, especially in the back of the hotel where I had to park. Glad this hotel was there to relieve the stress of having to drive home and back in nasty weather!"
