"The staff are very friendly and helpful. Not sure what the parking lot wasn't plowed though? We had lots of snow and it wasn't plowed from Monday through to Wednesday. Also not a major problem, but the toilet paper is rough. We love this hotel and have been guests there many times over the years."

"We felt as if we were in Downton Abby. The guest rooms were ALL beautiful. The sitting room and library had nice cosy fire places with soft relaxing music in the background. "Stay was comfortable. We visited during low season, so plenty of rooms available. Staff was very accomodating with a handicapped room as I had been injured the day before trip and was only walking due to the aid of a knee brace. Great stay, thank you!"
