"Had a great stay but it seem that i had to do everything on my own as far as calling to get my towels and the trash to be taken out and also breakfast was not included and i thought it was and when I arrived my room was not ready they said it was booked n did not have any were for me to stay so they had to find something even though i booked months in advance "

"We stayed on the second story of the building, there was no elevator and no one to help bring our luggage up to our rooms. They had luggage carts that of course cannot go upstairs, We had large suitcases and lots of luggage, we were a group of 6. The windows are not soundproof and our room was next to the pool. Loud children playing in the pool. So I would never had stayed there if I had known there was no elevator. The stairs were outside and wet because it was raining. "

"Hotel has a nice location on Mission Bay. Has a good pool and a fun outside bar. It has lots of nice amenities like the fire pits on the beach. We had a two floor suite, which was great for entertaining, as we were there for a wedding. But the rooms are in dire need of some new carpet and paint. We did rent a bike and put it on our patio for the night, which was on the ground floor but to get to it you had to climb a short wall. The bike got stolen, there is a bit of rifraf in the park...

"The property was very clean and quiet. The pool/jacuzzi were unavailable so we had to go to their sister property, but the shuttle was quick and easy. The lobby needs some TLC; very generic, not warm or a place to sit and relax. The front desk didn't know about a cocktail hour, which turned out to be at the other location. "
