"View of the beach from the room is fantastic. Room had red-ants. They changed the mattress covers, still there were red-ants and we were denied shifting to another room. Even in the restaurant, most of the tissues has red-ants on it. Kettle in the room was broken. TV display had gone bad. Since we had gone during the peak season and had already paid the amount, we had no option of find a different property. Breakfast options is just 1-2 and food was average. "We stayed over a week with the Grand Hyatt Goa and initially there were some issues with cleanliness and the age of the rooms, but their room division team managed to make improvements. Rishav a management Trainee was very special making the experience better every day with personal communication and little gifts like fresh flowers, hand written notes and treats while keeping the room at its best cleanliness. Sanjeeta one of the managers also made our experience special. Raul the manager at one of the best restaurants in Goa, personalized each experience and made the family and my child feel very comfortable. Algan and Harsh’s service was exceptional. "

"Staff very polite and genuinely ready to help. Hotel layout, particularly lobby and terrace are amazing. Dinning hall supervisor (Glen) was always there to make sure that other staff are prompt in providing great service. Highly recommended. Will come back in near future "

"Amazing stay at Westin Goa! Our room was perfect for our family. We especially enjoyed the excellent breakfast, the view, and great food at the restaurants. The absolute best part of our stay was because of the wonderful staff and their amazing Indian hospitality. Reception, the porters, cleaning staff and even the breakfast crew really all went above and beyond to make our stay so memorable! We are so thankful and can’t wait to come back! Thanks so much!!
