"Nice gardens. Room was nice but quite dark. None of the windows could really be opened. Spa is very basic. One room! I think more 4star than 5. Staff were great. "

"Amazing hotel! The Experience I have was incredible. The chef every morning was attentive, friendly and shared with my different food options to try, this was more than just a buffet. "This is a grand Palace, however, very few visitors, even in the midst of the peak season because of the poor maintenance as well as limited services. Our showers as well as toilet was in terrible shape. Go else with the worst I ever seen in my trip for a long, long time."

"Excellent service, awesome decor and fantastic food. Our in hotel experience was really, really good. The car service arranged by the travel desk was also excellent. We however did not have a good experience with the guide arranged by the travel desk. We were more interested in sightseeing but the guide was more interested in taking us shopping. Very pushy and very, very exhausting. We would recommend that you use the car service and recommendations for places to visit from the travel desk but...

"Gorgeous property with a palace, surrounding beautiful grounds and a huge lake. There are too many features to list. The highlight of the trip was the abundant wildlife in the property grounds. We saw peacocks, owlets, gray langurs and many others. We stayed at the retail suite in the palace and it was a wonderful experience. "Our room was clean, our bed was comfortable but we were on the ground floor and it was very noisy as it’s the way in and out of the hotel. It is in a great position for walking around the old town. Breakfast was ok, eggs, toast, pancakes and fruit in the roof top restaurant with lovely view of the fort. Wi-fi wasn’t great kept dropping out. Despite the room location and bad wi-fi I would recommend this hotel "

"One of my favorite hotels I've stayed in India and there has been many. The room and facilities are wonderful so much charm and atmosphere. Many options for dinning and leisure relaxation with fantastic views of the city. The food was excellent. The service was above and beyond and very friendly and helpful. I would definitely stay here again! "

Good value and view, centrally located

"Good hotel for the price, and—they’re not kidding—it’s an amazing view of the Fort. Helpful staff, and very conveniently located. Just a couple minutes walk to the clock tower and the main markets, even if the few roads right around it are decidedly unlovely. Only complaint: they have local musicians and dancing every night at dinnertime. Nice for 5 minutes, but if you’re like me and just want to enjoy a drink and quietly enjoy the view, it’s pretty annoying to have to attend a show each evening."
