"This was my 3rd visit to this hotel and I found that the rooms are getting tired and in need of some refurbishment particularly the showers. Bar service was very slow and room cleaning definitely not as good Used tea cups not replaced , milk not replaced . Tried to order room service on 2 occasions and kept getting cut off , when I went to reception was told just keep trying the number "

"After reading the negative reviews I became really anxious about my family holiday, to the point where I almost cancelled! I’m so pleased I didn’t because we had the most amazing time! The staff were incredible and views were spectacular. It’s a lovely downhill walk to Amadores Beach which is sensational and walking enthusiasts will enjoy the uphill challenge back up however for those of you not fancying an uphill climb, a taxi rank is nearby and only costs €4-5 for the journey! "Nice Hotel, however cleaning needs to be improved. I put my towel on the floor to get it replaced as it was dirty. They did just fold it and put it back in the shelf so it looked as it was replaced however it was not. Disgusting. "

"Great location and views. Great pools and activities for the kids. Rooms were nicely renovated and well equipped. Good to have so many drinks stations around the pool. Hotel was very busy during the week we went which meant finding a free table for dinner was stressful. But the food was good, with a good range for us and the kids. "

"We had a fantastic time at Playa Bonita, there were loads of great food options, rooms were very spacious, pool was lovely with plenty of sunbeds, and we really enjoyed all the available entertainment!"

Great value for money, though a little dated.

"Very good experience, was an extremely cheap deal. Location: location is good but a little far from things, but taxis are cheap and public transport available and also cheap. Hotel: it's a very nice looking hotel with a great vibe though it was quiet when we went and you can see the hotel was built a couple decades ago and haven't been renovated too much. Still very nice though. Facilities: hotel had all sorts facilities, 3 pools, pool, mini golf, tennis, basketball and a good view of maspalomas including the dunes in the distance. However the heated pools weren't heated much and we're too cold unless the weather was perfect Staff: very friendly and helpful, they even upgraded our room on arrival. Overall: overall the value for money really can't be beat and had a great stay, just wish it was longer!"

"The hotel room was spacious and clean. The staff were always accommodating and friendly, often greeting us as we entered and left. The pool and gym facilities were great. We booked a breakfast included package and the meals were always nice. It's located very close to the busiest area of Maspalomas so not suitable if you want a quiet holiday but for us it was perfect. "
