"This was my 3rd visit to this hotel and I found that the rooms are getting tired and in need of some refurbishment particularly the showers. Bar service was very slow and room cleaning definitely not as good Used tea cups not replaced , milk not replaced . Tried to order room service on 2 occasions and kept getting cut off , when I went to reception was told just keep trying the number "

"After reading the negative reviews I became really anxious about my family holiday, to the point where I almost cancelled! I’m so pleased I didn’t because we had the most amazing time!
