Minus: staff not very helpful ...a bit of a sicilian version of Fawlty Towers. The shower was full of mould and the toilet seat was broken. Squeaky bed...not great for a romantic weekend."

"Roger est vraiment très sympathique et fait en sorte que vous passiez un excellent séjour. Il accueille vraiment chaque client et donne des conseils pour se balader à Agrigente. La chambre était vraiment grande et très confortable. La terrasse avec la vue sur la mer est top. Il faut juste savoir que c’est assez difficile à trouver et attention à ne pas avoir trop de bagages car il faut y aller à pied par des petites rues en pente. "The only advantage of the property was that it was close to the Central Station. We booked for two nights but when we saw the place, we stayed one night only. Senior citizens should definitely avoid it, as you have to climb several flights of stairs inside a very dilapidated building to get to the b&b. I cannot for the life of me understand why the Rough Guide and Expedia recommend it. Surely there must be more decent places in Palermo. I say, Keep looking!"

"Slightly quirky rooms, that were super nice with fresh and well done finishes. The girl that did check-in was super friendly and helpful and made me breakfast to take to my room for the next day due to being an early check-out prior to normal breakfast times. The room was very comfortable and modern, with an arty twist. Easy enough to find and access in what felt to be a safe location. I had a super good last nights sleep in Sicily here before heading to the airport. Parking was a challenge...

"It was in a convenient area for what we were there for- to stay the night and then visit the temples in the morning. While the stairs to the main road were many, they were still convenient. Of note is the view from the small parking area adjacent to the building. It was absolutely stunning and we spent a considerable amount of time simply looking out over the valley."

"This property is essentially a B&B. don’t let the exterior scare you off. Room was very clean and the property had a rooftop terrace. Alessandro is a great host and ensured we had everything we needed. Bear in mind there is no elevator so you need to climb about 5 flight of stairs. Location is in the heart of Palermo within walking distance of everything."

"Extremely noisy. The live “animation “ outdoor, family friendly entertainment went until 1:00 EVERY night. Price was extra for AC, breakfast, and mandatory fee for beach and pool. Needs to be explained better in description. This is ideal for the family vacation since it is not near any public transportation so must have a rental car to see any of Sicily, but most families stay all day, all night. Not for the travelers who want to explore the island."
