"Whenever I come to Atlantic City I stay at Tropicana. I usually always have a great experience but this time was somewhat different. First things first, I want to give a huge thank you to Bob that works at the bell stand. He was so helpful and sweet, he has left a lasting impression for me and my friends. The main reason for leaving this review is in regards to check out. We were told that by 11am on Sunday there were 1700 rooms checking out. Due to the chaos 3 of the 4 elevators stopped...

"Great location & excellent customer service. Any issues we had were resolved immediately. Only complaint is that room was outdated and furniture needs a makeover. Bathroom and room was clean. We arrived early so they let us check our bags in while we went to get some lunch. Overall good experience and would recommend."

"Neighborhood issue made literal brown water spew from the sink and shower out last night. Absolutely disgusting. But overall the stay was luxury leaning, as far as amenities but the walls are VERY thin and made sleeping in pretty hard. This is the kind of hotel you sleep and then get up and go. Not staycation vibes but luckily I was up and out most days. Would stay again, 6/10 chance. Stay was overall a 7."

"Lot of activities for kids such as waterpark Minigolf Arcade Roller Skating etc. Valet Parking make life easier with the incredible service. Nice size bedroom especially big bathtub. Last but not least is The Location....On boardwalk you can't beat that!!"

"The hotel has a very odd elevator system. I observed several guests who just checked in and could not figure out how to use the elevators. The lobby environment is quite chaotic most of the time. There are not a lot of places people can sit down in the lobby area. The guest room is decently appointed and clean. I was there during a very cold part of the year and the room never really got warm. The highest the temperature ever reached was 69, even if I set the thermastat higher. That's a problem....
