"The guy that poured the vehicle for us when they go in a vehicle they address everything mirrors and everything and that’s not good because when they bring your vehicle for you, you’re on the road all the mirrors they’re not in this proper position can cause an accident they need to just take a vehicle and go park it just leave things in the vehicle alone that’s it that’s all"

"Great New York experience!!! Everyone employed at hotel and restaurants in hotel were just amazing!! So very nice, friendly & accommodating. The location is perfect, easy walking distance to Macys, Madison Square Garden and tons more! Inside hotel room was nearly silent, so soundproof! We slept great. Parking garage less than a block that gives huge discount for hotel patrons (get ticket validated upon check out). Will absolutely be staying here on our future visits!! "

"Room was smaller than expected but, it was enough for me as a solo traveler. The service was excellent from the time I arrived until I departed. The hotel was clean and cozy. If I could complain about anything it would be the parking situation but, I get it I probably should have looked into that prior to my stay. Overall everything was great. I would stay again but, not when the Eagles have a game at home. "

"We were fortunate to be on a floor that had been renovated, and our room was nice. We heard from others on other floors that were not so nice. Staff was very accommodating considering the large crowds. One negative was no bathrooms available on ground floor due to renovation, so we had to go to the room every time"
