"The hotel has everything for kids and restaurants are nearby in abundance. The sea at the time we were there (April) wasn’t super Thailand like clean. Found it strange that the hotel bar was empty and not showing any sports on the tv. It needs an update and you could see signs of it having been empty during Covid. Staff were friendly, apart from when we asked for sports coverage in the then empty bar for the kids to watch. "

"Everything about Royal Cliff is absolutely stunning. The views are unbeatable, the pool is beautiful and the service is amazing. My ONE complaint that would prevent me from staying again was the fact that I was moved twice due to a mildew smell in the room and every single room (even the one i stayed in for a week) had this awful STRONG odor of mildew. Everything else was phenomenal but the smell truly was a problem. Staff were kind and helpful but there didn’t seem to be a real solution to this...

"Conveniently located on the North end of Beach Road, this was an outstanding stay. I'm a Hilton Lifetime Diamond and I got treated better by this staff than I have at any other Hilton, except maybe the Conrad in Shiodome, Tokyo. The staff is OUTSTANDING. I would definitely stay here again. I LOVED the water slide as I rode it about 10 times. It has easy access to Terminal 21 mall and 2nd road. I felt welcomed from the minute I got there until the time I left. Don't miss this place. I was extremely satisfied to stay here. 24 hour gym was excellent. Would like to give a shout out to If at registration desk, Woody at the Concierge desk , Maew, and Kate at the Pregro restaurant. The hotel is lucky to have them. "
