"The reception staff are very friendly and speak good English which is a big plus because my Thai is terrible, you can tell when the cleaners clean your room it smells fresh. The building is starting to show it's age, the rooms are large and spacious with great Aircon and a decent free WiFi, the bathrooms are large with a decent shower with plenty of hot water I never had a cold shower whilst I stayed here unlike some new build hotel's I have stayed in over the years, it has 2 swimming pools one...

"Everything about Royal Cliff is absolutely stunning. The views are unbeatable, the pool is beautiful and the service is amazing. My ONE complaint that would prevent me from staying again was the fact that I was moved twice due to a mildew smell in the room and every single room (even the one i stayed in for a week) had this awful STRONG odor of mildew. Everything else was phenomenal but the smell truly was a problem. Staff were kind and helpful but there didn’t seem to be a real solution to this...

"This is a fabulous older style hotel in the middle of everything, it has big rooms and aircond and TV, as well as good kitchen and fridge. You cant get a better location, easy walk to all, and great value for money, my only slight problem was thinking superior was higher than deluxe, superior does not have a separate shower, but does have a large spa bath with shower."

"Conveniently located on the North end of Beach Road, this was an outstanding stay. I'm a Hilton Lifetime Diamond and I got treated better by this staff than I have at any other Hilton, except maybe the Conrad in Shiodome, Tokyo. The staff is OUTSTANDING. I would definitely stay here again. I LOVED the water slide as I rode it about 10 times. It has easy access to Terminal 21 mall and 2nd road. I felt welcomed from the minute I got there until the time I left. Don't miss this place. I was extremely satisfied to stay here. 24 hour gym was excellent. Would like to give a shout out to If at registration desk, Woody at the Concierge desk , Maew, and Kate at the Pregro restaurant. The hotel is lucky to have them. "
