"Really pleasant 3 night stay. Comfortable, spacious accessible room, which had the ability to have different aid con settings in each section. Great view of the planes landing/ setting off at London city airport with minimal noise. Lobby welcoming, friendly staff and plenty of spaces to relax or do sone work. Hot drinks available at various times of day. Limited evening meal menu but very hot, tasty and quite quick. Breakfast was hot and well stocked. "
