"Wanted to stay at a prime location in Mumbai for family reason and nothing perhaps can be better than Taj Mahals be that Palace or Towers. To have clear sea-views & view of Gateway from upper floor, we opted Taj Mahal Tower and the view was perfect, as expected. Even Sunrise view is an additional pleasure. The entire team, be at the front desk or HK or at Shamiana Restaurant is extremely supportive and caring. Indian traditional welcome is another plus..."

"Overall a very nice hotel! But at the highest level it lacks certain finer things. One weird thing is its location of its two elevators. Given the expanse / layout of the structure there should have elevators on both ends. It is almost a long rectangular building. So if your room happens to be on the far end it can be a walk particularly for elderly or someone with a disability! That’s one downside of this otherwise beautiful property "

"I stayed for almost a week here. Property is large and well maintained. Room is quiet. Staff is what made all the difference though. Lokesh, Illy, Chand et al were always attentive. Even when they didn’t get something right first time, they were willing to redo it. Breakfast was delicious. I used the gym which had new equipment. I will stay here again.
