To have clear sea-views & view of Gateway from upper floor, we opted Taj Mahal Tower and the view was perfect, as expected. Even Sunrise view is an additional pleasure. "I stayed for almost a week here. Property is large and well maintained. Room is quiet. Staff is what made all the difference though. Lokesh, Illy, Chand et al were always attentive. Even when they didn’t get something right first time, they were willing to redo it. Breakfast was delicious. I used the gym which had new equipment. I will stay here again. If I were to nitpick, WiFi was weak inside room, restaurant ushers were too stubborn in meeting my request for a window table (even though one was always available and I have a phobia), elevator key card reader was faulty. Everything else was excellent. "
