"Great accommodation for the price. Breakfast was very good value and the owners are clearly passionate about hospitality. If you want to travel between Anjuna, Vagator and Assagao, then this is in a perfect location. Standout is the pool, which is a good size and usually pretty quiet."

"Not very fancy, but serves the motive. This place is in the center of Anjuna so you will have quite a few beaches near to you. The ambiance is just fine. Not very fancy not very bad. Pros: Center of City (Anjuna at least), Good Service, Parking Space available. Clean rooms, Affordable. Cons: No hot water, AC does not work for every room. Breakfast is not given at the rooms but at the partnered hotel and the owner is lazy to even tell you what is on the menu."

"The property was beautiful and I had a nice window view for myself and my girlfriend. The food was excellent and the kitchen staff were so kind, approachable, and we had actually come to a point of befriending them as they were familiar with us and our preferred orders. The room was ALWAYS kept clean, and hotel staff were accommodating to ALL of our needs. I would absolutely recommend."

"Stayed for three weeks. Got lucky with the only room where the balcony had the sun all day as no pool here. Peaceful and quiet. Corner shop for necessities and currency exchange just down the road. Would stay again happily. Plenty of places to eat in the area."

"The staff was super kind and made sure that we are satisfied at all times with the room and everything else we asked for was done with a smile. Brandon,Roshan,Prasad and Ajit were very professional and helped me with directions and how to get to everywhere needed. The hostel rooms are very cozy, I will definitely want to come back! "Well the history and the place is fab....the staff brilliant!! Dont go to a posh one come here!! The chef is the best..veggie heaven....its a older b and b..hotel..but thats India!! For the price you cant beat it!!! The staff cannot do enough...food....car...bike...laundry....fantastic!!! Anything...!!! "Perhaps by Goan standards this place is good, but despite its picture-postcard setting, I think it’s over-priced and lacking basic facilities. My room was lacking some obvious amenities including a fridge, bath mat, hair dryer, tissues, phone. All pretty standard for a “3+ star” hotel, even in India, no? Towels supplied aren’t of good quality and have ‘marks’ meaning they don’t look clean even if they have been washed. Bed linen and table cloths had holes and dirty marks too. Poor tea and...
