"When we first checked in the room (a queen room) even though booked for 2 adults was only catering for a single person- one towel, one tea bag, one toothbrush, one pair of slippers etc. This was corrected when it was pointed out to them but even at 9:00 pm I had housekeepers coming and knocking on the door wanting to come into the room in the pretence of bringing another bath towel even though this had been done before 4 pm. On checking out I was told I needed to pay for my room service order...

"The staff was not helpful at all. Our toilet and bathroom had serious leakage problems and the staff did not heed our request to fix it. We arrived early and requested to allow early check-in and we also agreed to pay for that but they did not made any provision."
