Rodney our butler was amazing on top of everything

I HAVE TO SAY THAT EVERYTHING WAS WONDERFUL, WITH THE EXCEPTION OF CHECK-IN. OUR ROOM WAS NOT AVAILABLE BY THE CHECK-IN TIME, SO WE WERE OFFERED ANOTHER ROOM THAT WAS "COMPARABLE". IT DEFINITELY WAS NOT! WE WENT BACK TO THE FRONT DESK TO CONVEY OUR DISSATISFACTION. THE HOTEL MANAGEMENT RECTIFIED THE SITUATION BY PUTTING US BACK IN THE ROOM WE HAD ORIGINALLY BOOKED. FROM THAT POINT ON, IT WAS GREAT.

The only thing that was renovated was public places the rooms where the same poorly maintained I had to change 4 rooms because of a bad smell.I had to wait 2 days only for the remote control to get fixed, in the bathroom water was coming out of the shower on the floor., Over all not hapy

The property was great. Entertainment was lacking and a late afternoon snack after being at the pool/beach all day was impossible to find
