"No heater or hot water. It was snowing and I was freezing in the apartment. Terrible communication and no one talk to to fix the issue."

"This is a small apartment. The bed was a double bed but with a twin size comforter. Kitchen equipment is locked away and can be used for 20CHF. Hair dryer was also 20 CHF. There is a bus stop right outside the building, getting around was easy. It is a 15 min walk from the Stadium which is why I chose it but I wouldn't chose it again. "

"I love the location. The hotel is ok. We booked 2 days. We arrived on the 31st and left on the 2nd of Jan. New Years eve the hotel has a private party and a private dinner for people who made reservations. At night around 11pm I went outside and took pictures because the view is amazing. As I go back inside, I'm not sure if thats a security guard, I didn't ask. He stopped and interrogated me for entering the hotel saying theres a private party going on and it's for guests only. "This was better than expected! very clean and comfortable facilities, it’s 8 min walk to ZURICH HB Station, there are restaurants with 3 min walk, and shops, It’s easy access. It has elevator, The check in is digital and easy. "

"Unique property, very zen-like. More modern than the exterior shows. Rooms are small, but very clean."
