First of all we booked it for 3 people but when we arrived there, they informed me that it is for 2 people, and took extra 35€ for one person. Please never book the Hotel with Breakfast. The breakfast was very awful and even not fresh. Don’t get scammed with the pictures of dining and restaurant. In fact it was the worst breakfast I ever had. Plus hotel also does not have lift, so if you have heavy luggage then you are screwed you have to walk a lot of stairs. Hotel is almost 10kms outside of Zurich.

Apparently, the hotel was overbooked and on the day of stay, I received a message from the hotel through Expedia app asking me to cancel, eventhough the booking was non-refundable! I had a really hard time finding and booking another place to stay for the night. The hotel didn't even propose any alternative. Really poor communication. I came across the message by chance, could have easily missed it. I had to contact Expedia support, who were very responsive and helpful. Eventually, Expedia offered me a coupon and I booked another hotel myself.

Worst experience
The hotel gave us the worst experience ever. We arrived at the hotel and they were not expecting us, and when we said we had a reservation. they just said to us they didn't have a room available. After a few minutes waiting they just sent us to another hotel 10 minutes away. We lost half a day of travel between staying at this hotel and moving to another one, because when we arrived at the other hotel, only the manager knew about our stay and he was not at the hotel, we had to wait.

acceptable for 1 night only
Hotel is very expensive and do not offer breakfast include in that high price. Room was small and door has a problem with locker and difficult to lock it. You have to pull hardly. Personal was kindly. Parking is outside in front of hotel. In the morning there is nobody in office for checkout. WC was exactly very closely the windows so your position on the toilet is lateral, not normally. Shower cabin is very small. Bed was very unconfortable.

Really great, love the great amenities and helpful staff, good clean rooms, I would definitely recommend and visit this hotel again if you want to visit Daellikon, don't hesitate to book this place, you wouldn't regret it

It was everything we had hoped for clean, extremely well located, great communications, and wonderful staff. From the time we arrived until the time the taxi took us to the airport, we felt quite at home and very well cared for. Stay here!

Travelers, beware, there is no lift! We were on the third floor and had to carry our luggage. The host was nice, but it was a bit difficult to get a hold of him - as he was handling both the hotel and restaurant. The room was great, and the staff provided us with whatever we needed. The breakfast was average, not the “amazing” feast the hotel claims it is. Overall, a nice stay (close to a bus station if you want to go to the city) but not worth the price we paid.

Ich habe reserviert eine doppel Zimmer mit Frühstück mit Credit Karte bezahlt Habe ich bekommen ein Single ohne Frühstück und habe noch bezahlt mit die Zimmer. Keine Lift und Zimmer und Trope stink! Besser suchen etwas anderes

Ich hatte das Hotel nur gebucht, weil ich in der nähe Prüfungen absolvieren musste. Nur zum schlafen, ist das Hotel noch gerade OK. Das Personal ist ziemlich nett, jedoch verstehen nicht alle Deutsch. Beim Frühstück musste ich mit dem Übersetzer auf dem Handy kommunizieren. Auch gab es Missverständnis mit dem Rezeptionist. Habe nach meiner Ankunft nachgefragt, wann ich frühstücken gehen darf (am nächsten Tag), da ich ziemlich früh aus dem Hotel gehen muss, es wurde mir gesagt um 07:00 Uhr und auch etwas früher wäre kein Problem. Leider war um 07:10 niemend da und verpasste einen Tag Frühstück. (Nach Beschwerde, war am nächsten Tag jemand um 07:00 bereits anwesend). Ich empfehle kein Frühstück im Hotel mitzubuchen. Das Frühstück ist wirklich SEHR begrenzt, die brötchen sind aufgebacken (nicht frisch, ohne geschmack) und bei der Nutella und Konfiture gab es keine Portionen oder portionierer, jeder nahm mit dem bereits benutzten Messer seine Portion. Das fand ich wirklich sehr unhygienisch. Das Zimmer war wirklich OK. Zimmer wirklich sauber (frisches Bett, gepflegtes Bad). Leider nicht voll ausgestattet. Kein Safe, Kühlschrank im Zimmer war ausgezogen (mit Wasser gefüllt), und keine Handtücher im Bad. Matratze des Bettes bequem, leider quitschte es bei jeder Bewegung (mühsam). Da das Hotel an der Strasse liegt, ist es wirklich sehr laut und auch die Pizzeriagäste machen sich nicht unbemerkbar. Preisverhältnis viel zu teuer über 100 CHF pro Nacht.
