"This hotel is located just across the river from the train station. The adjacent area is Zürich’s main dining district and is not seedy at all as areas tend to be around train stations. There is shopping nearby on both sides of the river. We were more than happy with our room. In terms of safety, cleanliness and convenience, this hotel is hard to beat."

"I booked this for a business colleague. She was happy with the accomodation. Later I booked here again directly with the hotel for Family members with mobility constraints. While they assured me the room was accessible, it was only accessible from the ground floor to the room, the room itself was not all that accessible, the bathtub is very high and difficult to get in and out of for those with mobility issues. "The hotel is right next to a tram stop. Tram 10 goes to the main train station and the airport. Tram 6 can take you from the train station to the hotel. Very quiet late at night. Up a hill from the train station so the trams are nice. We went straight to the airport on the tram which saved money and saved a taxi or trip to the main train station. Room was clean. Breakfast was ok and satisfying. Overall I would definitely go back and recommend it."
